To restore a deleted configuration in the RelFast portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please ensure that you have the necessary "Delete Configuration" permissions to perform this operation.
Instructions:
Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai
Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.
After logging in, find and click on the "Configurations" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where configurations are managed.
Select the appropriate Project, Environment, and Application from the dropdown menus to view configurations specific to those selections.
Click on the "Recycle bin" button to view configurations that were removed in the last 30 days.
Use the search option to filter the records if the configuration you want to restore is not immediately visible.
Locate the deleted configuration that you want to restore and click on the "restore" button associated with that configuration.
After clicking on the restore button, wait for the "Restoration Confirmation" success toast to appear. This will indicate that the configuration has been successfully restored.
Please note that restoring a configuration will restore all associated alternatives and rules that were deleted when the configuration was removed. The configuration will be restored for all defined environments.
If a new configuration with the same name exists, the restore operation will append a number to the configuration being restored to avoid naming conflicts.
Only configurations deleted in the last 30 days can be restored. Beyond this time frame, restoration will not be possible.
Configuration restoration involves restoring progeny, so please keep the session active until the restoration success toast is displayed.
By following these instructions, you can successfully restore a deleted configuration in the RelFast portal, ensuring that your configuration management remains comprehensive and flexible, with the ability to recover configurations as needed.
