To modify an environment on the Convolute.AI portal, follow the instructions below. Please note that the user attempting to perform this operation must have the necessary permissions to update environment settings.
Instructions:
Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai
Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.
Once logged in, find and click on the "Environments" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your environments.
Look for the environment you want to modify and click on the "Edit" button associated with it.
A form will appear with fields that you can update for the selected environment. You can modify the environment's name, description, or other relevant details as needed.
While updating the form, ensure that you adhere to the following constraints:
The "Name" field cannot exceed 30 characters in length.
The "Description" field cannot exceed 150 characters in length.
After making the necessary changes to the form, review the information to ensure it is accurate.
Once you are satisfied with the updates, click on the "Modify" button to apply the changes.
The portal will perform both client-side and server-side validations on the entered data. If there are any violations, they will be highlighted in the validation summary on the portal, and you will need to take appropriate action to correct the errors.
After successfully modifying the environment, the updated details will be saved in the database and reflected in the environment's settings.
Remember not to enter any confidential, PCI (Payment Card Industry) data, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in the form. The data is stored in plain text format in the database, which may not be secure for sensitive information.
Ensure that the user attempting to modify the environment has the necessary "Update Environment" permissions to perform this operation. If you encounter any issues or have questions about permissions, contact the portal administrators or system administrators for assistance.
