Create an Environment

To create a new environment with project permissions, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai

  2. Login to the portal using your credentials to access your account.

  3. Once logged in, locate and click on the "Environments" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your environments.

  4. Look for the "Add" button in the Environments section and click on it to initiate the process of creating a new environment.

  5. A form will appear with fields that need to be filled in. Make sure to follow the following constraints while filling out the form:

    • The "Name" field cannot exceed 30 characters in length.

    • The "Description" field cannot exceed 150 characters in length.

  1. Fill in the necessary information for the new environment in the form fields. You may be required to enter the environment's name, description, and other relevant details depending on your specific requirements.

  2. After completing the form, review the information to ensure it is accurate and click on the "Add" button to proceed.

  3. The portal will then perform both client-side and server-side validations on the entered data. If any violation is detected, it will be highlighted, and you will need to take appropriate action to correct the errors.

  4. Once the new environment is successfully added, it will be displayed on the project landing page, indicating that it is now part of your managed environments.

Remember not to enter any confidential, PCI (Payment Card Industry) data, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in the form, as the data is stored in plain text format in the database, which may not be secure for sensitive information.

Follow these instructions carefully to create a new environment with the necessary project permissions on the Convolute.AI portal.
