To restore a deleted application on the RelFast portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please make sure that you have the necessary "Delete Application" permissions to perform this operation.
Instructions:
Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai
Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.
After logging in, find and click on the "Applications" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your applications.
Navigate to the "Recycle bin" tab. This tab contains the list of applications that were removed in the last 30 days and are available for restoration.
If the application you wish to restore is not immediately visible on the "Recycle bin" tab, you can use the search option to filter the records and find the desired application.
Once you locate the deleted application, click on the "restore" button associated with that application.
The restoration process will begin, and all associated configurations and clients that were deleted when the application was removed will be restored. However, please note that if any configuration was manually deleted before deleting the application, it will not be automatically restored and must be manually restored.
If there is another application with the same name as the one you are restoring, the restore operation will append a number to the application name to differentiate it from the existing application.
After initiating the restoration, wait for a restoration confirmation success toast to be displayed. This toast notification indicates that the application and its progeny have been successfully restored.
Keep the session active until you see the restoration confirmation success toast to ensure the operation completes successfully.
Please note that only applications deleted in the last 30 days can be restored. Applications that were deleted beyond this time frame cannot be recovered.
Restoring an application is a significant operation as it involves restoring associated configurations and clients. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and are certain about the restoration before proceeding.
If you have any issues or questions regarding permissions or the restoration process, contact the portal administrators or system administrators for assistance.
