Modify a project

To modify an existing project on the Convolute.AI portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please make sure that you have the necessary "Edit Project" permissions to perform this operation.

Instructions:

1. Open your web browser and go to the portal: https://relfast.convolute.ai

2. Log in to the portal using your credentials to access your account.

3. After logging in, find and click on the "Projects" tab in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the section where you can manage your projects.

4. Look for the project tile that you want to modify on the landing page. If the specific project is not visible on the current page, you can use the pagination functionality or the search bar to filter and find the desired project.

5. Click on the "edit pencil" button associated with the project you wish to modify.

6. The form for the selected project will appear, and existing values will be prefilled in the form fields. Modify the desired field that you wish to change. For example, you can update the project's name, description, or any other relevant details.

7. While making changes, ensure that you follow the constraints mentioned in the instructions:
   

   • The "Name" field cannot exceed 30 characters in length.

   • The "Description" field cannot exceed 150 characters in length.

1. After modifying the desired field, review the information to ensure it is accurate and reflects the changes you want to make.

2. Once you are satisfied with the modifications, click on the "Modify" button to save the updated project details.

3. The portal will perform both client-side and server-side validations on the entered data. If any violation is detected, it will be highlighted in the validation summary on the portal, and you will need to take appropriate action to correct the errors.

Please refrain from entering any confidential, PCI (Payment Card Industry) data, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in the form. The data is stored in plain text format in the database, which may not be secure for sensitive information.
